Specialised pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) are produced naturally by the body and are also found in fish. They may help support the body's natural processes for resolving inflammation.

The omega-3 concentrate that SPMs are derived from comes from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and/or tuna from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.
EPA stands for eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA for docosahexaenoic acid. Both are omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish, seafood and some marine algae, and they may support heart health, help reduce inflammation and support brain function.
