Two things, and both matter.
We will not answer a clinical question. If you describe a symptom in a comment or a private message, the reply will be an invitation to ring, not an opinion. Answering properly needs a history, an examination and a record — none of which exist in a message thread, and the answer given without them is worth nothing.
We will not book, move or cancel appointments. Messages get missed. Use the phone or the booking system, where it is recorded.
A comment describing your condition is visible to everyone and stays visible. We delete those when we see them — not to silence anyone, but because people routinely share more in a comment than they would ever say in a waiting room.
We reply to questions about services, hours and prices. We do not discuss anyone's care in public, including when a review mentions it — if a reply seems oddly brief, that is why.
