Booking a workshop

How to reserve a place

Ring 0416 656 388 or ask at reception. Places are held when payment is made, not when you express interest — groups are small and they fill.

What a workshop is, and is not

A workshop is teaching, not treatment. You will learn something you can do at home, in a group, in a couple of hours. Nobody is assessed and nobody is treated.

If what you need is an appointment, book an appointment. We will say so if you describe something that belongs in a consultation rather than a class.

What is included

The session itself and any handout. Where a workshop involves movement, come in clothes you can move in. Bring water.

Nothing is sold during a workshop. If you want to follow something up afterwards, that is a separate conversation and not one we will start from the front of the room.

Cancellations

Tell us as early as you can and we will move you to another date. A place cancelled at short notice is one nobody else could take, so a fee may apply very close to the day.

If we cancel — not enough numbers, or illness — you get the full amount back or a transfer, whichever you prefer.

Accessibility and health conditions

Tell us when you book if stairs are a problem, if you need to sit rather than stand, or if there is a health condition that affects what you can do. It changes nothing about your welcome and everything about how the session is run.
