Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a plant whose berry extract is traditionally used for urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Saw palmetto and nettle, found in Palmetto Plus, may support the prostate and improve urinary symptoms by helping reduce swelling and slow cell growth.
