UltraFlora Triple Action Biotic combines prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics to nourish beneficial bacteria and help keep the gut healthy. It may support digestion, help reduce bloating and improve the absorption of nutrients.
It contains three key ingredients: partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), which feeds the growth of beneficial gut bacteria; B. animalis spp. lactis BB-12™ probiotic, which adds live beneficial bacteria to the gut; and B. longum ES1 postbiotic, which helps reduce gut inflammation and bloating and supports the gut lining.
A postbiotic is a specially prepared bacterium or yeast that supports health when taken as a supplement. Unlike probiotics, postbiotics do not need to remain alive in the gut to work. They are more stable, easier to store and transport, and have a strong safety record.
In a clinical study, people experienced regular bowel motions and less bloating and pain after 4 to 12 weeks, though some may feel better sooner. It can be taken daily for ongoing gut support.
