Children 2 to 8 years: Add 1 scoop (3.2g) to 100 mL of water or juice, or to taste, once daily. Children 9 to 12 years: Add 1 scoop (3.2g) to 100 mL of water or juice, or to taste, twice daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 48mg potassium per 6.4g dose. This product is naturally coloured with anthocyanins derived from black carrot extract. As the anthocyanins mix with water and malic acid (contained within Fibroplex MagActive for Kids) they turn blue, before returning to a dark red hue. This product is sold by weight not volume. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is needed by more than 300 enzymes to work properly. It supports healthy growth and development in children, particularly bone mass, and may help ease growing pains during rapid growth phases. Signs of low magnesium can include constipation, irritability, night-time muscle cramps, difficulty sleeping and teeth grinding.

It's naturally coloured with anthocyanins from black carrot extract; as these mix with water and the malic acid in the formula, they turn blue before settling into a dark red hue.
This formula uses a high-quality form of magnesium called magnesium bisglycinate, where the magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine to improve absorption and bioavailability. It's also gentler on the stomach and less likely to cause digestive upset. Even so, some people may still notice loose stools at higher doses. If that happens, try halving your dose, for example taking one serve a day instead of two, then gradually building back up over a week or two to find the amount that suits you best.
