Holistic therapy is a description of approach rather than a single technique: the practitioner treats the pattern across sleep, digestion, stress and movement instead of the loudest symptom alone. At this clinic that covers acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, psychotherapy and the wellness modalities, each practised independently.
In practice the useful test is whether the first appointment asks about more than the presenting complaint, and whether the plan includes things you do between sessions rather than only things done to you.
"Holistic" is not a protected term and it does not indicate any particular qualification. Ask what the practitioner is registered in — that is the part that is checkable.
