Magnesium takes part in more than 300 enzyme reactions in the body, including powering energy production within the mitochondria, the cell's energy generators.
Everyone metabolises and absorbs nutrients differently. That said, with activated B vitamins EnergyX is a fast-acting formula intended to help reduce physical and mental fatigue, and some people may notice a difference within the first day.
EnergyX contains no artificial sweeteners, flavours or added sugar. It is instead sweetened with stevia, a plant-based, calorie-free sweetener.
This formula uses a high-quality form of magnesium called magnesium bisglycinate, which is bound to the amino acid glycine to improve absorption and bioavailability. It is also gentler on the stomach and less likely to cause digestive upset. Even so, some people may still experience loose stools at higher doses. If this happens, try halving your dose, for example taking one serve a day instead of two, then gradually increase over a week or two to find the amount that suits you best. If symptoms persist, speak with your Rainbow Medicine or Health Therapies Clinics practitioner.
