Our original home and principal clinic, located in the heart of Lane Cove Village on Sydney's Lower North Shore. This calm, beautifully designed treatment space has been Dr Christine Shen's primary practice since Rainbow Medicine was established. Close to shops, cafes and transport, it is easily accessible from across the North Shore, North Sydney, Chatswood, Willoughby, Ryde and the surrounding suburbs.

Freshwater / Manly
Our Northern Beaches clinic brings Rainbow Medicine to Sydney's iconic coastal communities, serving patients from Freshwater, Manly, Dee Why, Narrabeen, Collaroy, Curl Curl, Balgowlah and across the Northern Beaches peninsula. This clinic was established in response to strong demand from the Northern Beaches community and offers the same comprehensive range of TCM treatments available at Lane Cove.
The Northern Beaches clinic is located within a minutes walk of the beach — a fitting setting for a practice that values the connection between natural environment and health.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Your patient file and treatment history are shared across both clinics so you can attend either location interchangeably. Many patients prefer one clinic for convenience of location or parking but occasionally attend the other when it better suits their schedule. Please simply note your preferred clinic when booking and it will be noted on your record.
Yes. Both the Lane Cove and Northern Beaches clinics are equipped with HICAPS terminals for on-the-spot private health insurance claiming. Bring your health fund card to every appointment and your rebate will be processed immediately at the end of your session.
Both clinics have been designed with accessibility in mind. Ground-floor treatment rooms and accessible entrances are available. If you have specific mobility requirements or use a mobility aid, please call the clinic in advance on (02) 9427 5696 so we can ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible and arrange appropriate parking assistance if needed.
Both clinics have a comfortable waiting area with filtered water, tea and reading material. We endeavour to stay on schedule so waiting time is typically brief. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, the surrounding neighbourhood at both locations is also lovely for a short walk or coffee while you wait.
