Adults: Add 1 level scoop (7g) to 200mL of water or juice, twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 52mg of potassium per 7g dose. Sweetened with steviol glycosides. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Both provide magnesium in a powdered form, but Fibroplex MagActive also includes activated B vitamins, a more bioavailable or active form that your body can use more readily.
Fibroplex Plus is sweetened with stevia, a natural, plant-based sweetener that is calorie free.
This formula uses a high-quality form of magnesium called magnesium bisglycinate. Bound to the amino acid glycine, it offers improved bioavailability and absorption and is gentler on the stomach, making digestive upset less likely. Even so, some people may notice loose stools or diarrhoea at higher doses. If that happens, try halving your dose, for example dropping from two serves a day to one, then gradually building back up over a week or two to find the amount that works best for you.
