CardioX is a distinctive formula created for those seeking cardiovascular support. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle function, including the heart, and may also help lower homocysteine levels in the blood.
Homocysteine is an amino acid in the blood that can point to a deficiency of vitamin B12, B6 or folate; elevated blood levels have been associated with a greater risk of cardiovascular disease.
Some ingredients in CardioX carry moderate cautions with certain medications. We suggest checking with your Rainbow Medicine or Health Therapies Clinics practitioner to see whether this product suits you.
This formula uses a high-quality form of magnesium called magnesium bisglycinate. Bound to the amino acid glycine, it offers improved bioavailability and absorption and is gentler on the stomach, making digestive upset less likely. Even so, some people may notice loose stools or diarrhoea at higher doses. If that happens, try halving your dose, for example dropping from two serves a day to one, then gradually building back up over a week or two to find the amount that works best for you.
